YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems in a remote, contractor role. You will audit and unify CRM data, resolve inconsistencies, and define governance for SaaS workflows across Billing, CPQ, and ticketing platforms.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot/D365) in SaaS.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
