Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience with prospect research, data entry, administrative support, or nonprofit operations preferred.
• Interest in prospect research, fundraising, or nonprofit development.
• Experience working with databases or data systems.
• Ability to synthesize information into clear, concise summaries.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Data Management & CRM Support: Maintain donor and prospect records in Salesforce, update activities, and ensure data integrity.
• Research Support: Conduct preliminary donor/prospect research and flag potential giving capacity.
• Reporting & List Preparation: Generate CRM reports and compile lists for screenings and outreach.
• Operational & Administrative Support: Support day-to-day prospect development activities and meeting prep.
