Job summary

Maryland Connect seeks a CRM Project Director to lead the USM Advancement Consortium’s Salesforce implementation across eleven institutions. You will oversee planning, governance, vendor management, and cross-institution coordination to deliver a unified advancement platform supporting fundraising and operations.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of progressive project/program management experience, including leading a major CRM implementation.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder programs and building consensus across institutional boundaries.
• Experience with change management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day Salesforce CRM implementation across eleven institutions within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Maintains integrated project plan, roadmap, and communications strategy per governance standards.
• Monitors health, risks, issues, and resources; reports to Executive Director and governance bodies.
• Oversees vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure deliverables meet requirements and service expectations.
• Coordinates cross-institutional collaboration to support adoption and change management.
• Ensures governance, documentation, and reporting align with consortium objectives.
