Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years of Product Management with strategy ownership.
• 2+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, or personalization.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM product strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver features to improve acquisition, retention, loyalty, and engagement.
• Partner with business, marketing, analytics, engineering, and UX to deliver customer-centric solutions.
