Qualifications

• 2–6 years of project management experience in IT or tech environments.
• Ability to manage IT projects from initiation to closure with milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Strong communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools for meeting summaries, project plans, status reporting, documentation, and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects and cross-functional technology initiatives from initiation through closure.
• Define and track project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Prepare and deliver status reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Lead weekly IT-wide project synchronization meetings.
• Follow up on action items and ensure accountability across team members and project owners.
• Maintain project momentum and drive resolution of blockers with minimal oversight.
