Job summary

Intone Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month contract to support customer-facing technology initiatives in marketing and data analytics.

This remote role is based in the United States and requires partnering with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to define scope, analyze business needs, and deliver customer-focused solutions. You will work with senior partners to facilitate large-group discussions, drive agreement on requirements, and guide MVP delivery through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of business analysis experience.
• Strong working knowledge of core business analysis functions, including requirements elicitation and analysis.
• Experience with Agile methods and backlog management with product owners.
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with analytics tools (SQL, GA 360/GA4) and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to advance business goals.
• Elicit requirements through various techniques and document functional requirements and user stories.
• Identify gaps between requirements and solutions to drive MVP and phased delivery.
• Ensure effective data design and how users interact with information.
• Guide solution option analysis with technical teams based on domain knowledge.
• Analyze processes to improve productivity and product value.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and prioritize changes based on feedback.
• Facilitate senior leadership decision meetings and trade-off analyses.
