You will mentor junior and mid-level engineers, drive best practices, and collaborate with Product, RevOps, and GTM stakeholders to ensure the technical reality matches business goals — all while shaping scalable CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on CRM development on enterprise platforms.
• 3+ years in technical lead roles.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and APIs.
• Experience with AI tools to boost developer productivity.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level requirements into executable, technical solutions.
• Own technical delivery of sprint commitments with high-quality output.
• Lead by example in hands-on development and complex integrations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to raise engineering standards.
