Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise CRM development with hands-on technical delivery
- At least 3+ years as technical lead or squad lead
- Expert in CRM development languages and frameworks (Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong AI tool experience to boost developer productivity
- Strong delivery focus and ability to balance code quality with speed
- Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level requirements into executable technical solutions
- Drive sprint execution and unblock developers
- Roll up your sleeves for hands-on development of complex features
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Enforce CI/CD, version control, and automated testing
- Collaborate with Product, Business Analysts, and RevOps on technical trade-offs
