Job summary

Assured Data Protection in Herndon, VA seeks a CRM Administrator to own the shared platform stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, ChurnZero) and drive platform hygiene.

You'll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to configure workflows, manage integrations, and ensure data flows are reliable. This role blends hands-on administration with governance in a hybrid in-office setting.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on CRM administration experience preferably with HubSpot.
• Practical understanding of CRM/CX data structures and cross-system connections.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms, native or via middleware.
• Experience managing platform change through ITIL or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-system collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the shared platform stack – HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, and ChurnZero.
• Maintain platform documentation and data hygiene, align with security/compliance.
• Own integrations and data flows across the ecosystem, ensuring reliability.
• Provide day-to-day platform support and cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist onboarding of new platforms (Confluence, Jira) and document configurations.
