Qualifications

• 7+ years in CRM administration, implementation, or CRM-focused operations.
• 3+ years leading a team or owning a platform at the senior admin/manager level.
• Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to a CRM migration, consolidation, or major re-platforming effort.
• Experience building intake/governance processes for a shared business system.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM system's reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
• Define and drive the operating model, roadmap, and long-term plan for consolidating Salesforce and Dynamics into one CRM.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to translate business needs into a sequenced CRM plan.
