Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall is seeking a CRM Operations Administrator to manage day-to-day Unanet CRM, ensuring reliable operation across pursuits, client relationships, marketing visibility and reporting. You will maintain data standards and work with stakeholders to enable processes and improve workflows.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CRM or related ops, familiarity with Unanet or Cosential, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM administration or related operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; applicable experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Unanet CRM / Cosential preferred; MS Office proficiency in Excel/Power BI is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CRM administration: users, permissions, fields, templates, dashboards and workflows.
• Maintain data quality and governance across CRM records and processes.
• Provide user support, create guides and training materials for onboarding and ongoing enablement.
• Develop standard reports and dashboards to support pipeline, pursuits and client relationships.
• Assist with system testing, updates and approved enhancements before production rollout.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM usability, data structures and workflows.
