Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
  • Own lead, account, and opportunity management processes within CRM.
  • Monitor and enforce data governance standards, including duplicate management and data hygiene.
  • Support CRM enhancements, workflows, and system improvements in collaboration with IT and Sales leadership.
  • Ensure data accuracy and act as Subject Matter Expert on reports and dashboards to track pipeline, leads, and sales activity.
  • Coordinate with IT on CRM enhancements development, acting as product owner. In this role, will be responsible for defining requirements, performing testing and coordinating with end users on system updates.
  • Assist in training and supporting users on CRM best practices.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming web inquiries, marketing leads, and general sales requests.
  • Qualify, route, and track incoming leads to appropriate sales representatives.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and accountability on all inquiries.
  • Maintain visibility into lead status and conversion performance.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on campaign-driven lead intake.
  • Support sales teams with proposal tracking, opportunity updates, and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining customer master data and reference lists.
  • Coordinate with internal functions to support Statements of Qualification and sales materials.
  • Onboard and support new sales users in CRM and tools.
  • Coordinate with IT to develop & maintain standard sales reports and dashboards (Power BI/CRM).
  • Track KPIs such as lead conversion, response time, and opportunity progression.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and data quality.
  • Support broader sales operations initiatives and analytics projects.

The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of data, of the Dynamics CRM platform, while serving as a central point of coordination for incoming customer and sales inquiries. This role supports the sales organization by ensuring data integrity, lead management, and timely response coordination, enabling efficient sales execution and improved customer experience. The position works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Proposals, IT and Business Units to drive consistency in processes, CRM system use.

CRM Management & Data Integrity (40-50%)
  • Maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data
  • Own lead, account, and opportunity management processes within CRM
