Job summary

Taxwell is seeking a Manager, CRM Operations to lead email and CRM campaigns across TaxAct Consumer, SMB, Drake, TAP, and 1040.com. This role blends people leadership, hands‑on campaign execution, and CRM platform expertise to ensure high‑quality, timely, and effective customer communications.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Pardot/Account Engagement, email marketing operations, customer journeys, deliverability, and data management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in CRM/email marketing/marketing operations with hands‑on execution.
• 3+ years leading CRM/marketing operations teams.
• Strong SFMC and Pardot expertise, including journeys and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CRM Operations team with strong accountability and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee end‑to‑end email campaign builds, QA, deployments, and post‑launch validation.
• Architect and optimize customer journeys using HTML, AMPscript, SQL, and segmentation.
• Enable SMS capabilities and ensure data quality, deliverability, and compliance.
