Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, enterprise applications, CRM or OMS roles.
• Strong OMS experience in a retail/e‑commerce environment.
• CRM experience with platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience leading complex enterprise integrations between CRM, OMS, ERP, WMS, POS and e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of retail and omnichannel commerce.
• Experience with APIs, web services, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of CRM and OMS solutions for retail/e‑commerce operations.
• Own architecture and integration strategy across CRM, OMS, ERP, WMS, POS, and e‑commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end order lifecycle (capture, fulfillment, shipment, cancellation, returns, refunds, exchanges).
• Design and support REST/SOAP integrations, microservices, middleware, and event‑driven architectures.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and integration teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues; perform root‑cause analysis and remediation.
