Job summary

800flowerscareers is seeking a senior OMS architect to lead end-to-end architecture and design for omnichannel solutions. You will drive assessments, alignment with enterprise standards, and critical fit-gap analyses across OMS modules.

You will own high- and low-level design artifacts, guide developers on best practices, and provide technical leadership through implementation, testing, and production rollout, including performance tuning and security considerations.

Qualifications

Hands-on IBM OMS across Distribution, Inventory, Pricing, Call Center, Store and Logistics.
Expertise in OMS architecture, design and large-scale implementations.
Strong Java, XML, XSLT, Angular and microservices experience.
REST/SOA service integrations with ERP/WMS/CRM systems.
Experience with cloud/container deployments and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end OMS architecture and design to meet omnichannel requirements.
Drive assessments, alignment with standards, and fit-gap analyses.
Own design artifacts and lead technical design reviews across OMS modules.
Provide technical leadership during implementation, customization, testing and rollout.
Guide development teams on OMS best practices and performance optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business goals.
Support upgrades, roadmap planning, and production support activities.
Coordinate with vendors for defect resolution and release planning.
