Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development with 3+ years in CRM/IVR systems and 2+ years in a tech lead role.
• Proficiency with CRM/IVR platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SDLC for CRM/IVR applications and campaign/marketing platform services.
• Architect scalable CRM solutions and integrate with marketing platforms like Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and enforce coding standards across the team.
