Software Technology, Inc. is seeking a technically curious, hands-on professional to administer CRM and marketing automation platforms in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The role focuses on building automated journeys, designing low-code/no-code workflows, and creating integrations with Relcu, Iterable, CXone, and Workato to streamline customer engagement and drive business outcomes in a U.S.-based team in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• Experience administering CRM, marketing automation, customer engagement, or integration platforms.
• Experience with Relcu, Iterable, CXone, Workato, or comparable platforms is strongly preferred.
• U.S. based, with preference for those comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated customer journeys across CRM and marketing platforms.
• Create and maintain integrations and webhook-driven processes between CRM, marketing, contact center, and other business applications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable automation and continuously optimize performance.
