Job summary

CPI Security in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to own the marketing analytics ecosystem—from click tracking to lead reporting. You will work with SQL, GA4, Tableau, Salesforce, Invoca, GTM, and related platforms to build trusted reports, measure performance, and guide spend decisions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of marketing data analysis, strong SQL, and experience with GA4 and Tableau, plus the ability to translate data insights to non-technical partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a marketing data analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills for pulling, joining, cleaning, and aggregating data.
• Experience with GA4 and GTM for web analytics and tagging.
• Experience with Tableau and Salesforce for reporting.
• 2+ years designing and analyzing marketing tests or experiments.
• Ability to validate reporting and communicate findings clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing data and analytics ecosystem from click tracking to lead reporting.
• Build SQL-backed datasets for campaign, channel, lead, attribution, and conversion reporting.
• Develop Tableau dashboards and recurring reports based on data models.
• Analyze performance across paid search, paid social, display, email, web, and offline channels.
• QA tracking across GA4, GTM, Salesforce, and other platforms.
• Present insights to Marketing, Sales, agencies, and leadership.
