JOB SUMMARY:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Manager to lead the implementation, customization, and ongoing management of our Salesforce platform. This role will ensure the system aligns with business processes, supports user needs, and scales with organizational growth. A key focus of the role is enabling user adoption and system proficiency by developing and delivering comprehensive training, onboarding, and self-service resources. The ideal candidate will be skilled in platform configuration, data integrity, reporting, automation, and stakeholder collaboration-serving as both a technical expert and a strategic partner across the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  1. Administer and manage the Salesforce platform, including user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings to ensure proper access and data protection.

  2. Lead and support Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and platform best practices.

  3. Develop and deliver user training and documentation, including onboarding programs, self-service guides, and ongoing support to promote system adoption and proficiency.

  4. Monitor and maintain data integrity and security, including data imports/exports, duplication, and compliance with data quality standards using tools like Data Loader.

  5. Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making across teams.

  6. Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to support evolving business processes.

  7. Build and manage process automation, including Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder, to streamline business operations.

  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement system solutions, and manage ongoing enhancements, including designing scalable, go-forward business processes that drive efficiency and alignment across teams.

  9. Perform regular system maintenance, including audits, release management, sandbox testing, and timely application of platform updates and patches.

  10. Evaluate, install, and manage third-party applications via the Salesforce AppExchange to extend platform functionality.

  11. Stay current with Salesforce releases and features, assessing impact and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  12. Participates in special projects and handles all other assigned duties as required.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:



  1. 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a business environment, required.

  2. Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, record types and flows, required.

  3. 1-3 years of previous 3PL experience, preferred.

  4. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience, preferred.

  5. Proficient in report and dashboard creation and using tools such as Data loader or Data Import Wizard.

  6. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to train and support end users.

  8. Ability to travel up to 40% for business needs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:


This job operates in a physical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands, arms and fingers to handle and lift objects up to 10 pounds.


REMOTE ELIGIBILITY: Remote with travel
