Printemps New York is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Growth Manager to lead the development of our customer relationship, lifecycle marketing and customer intelligence strategy across e-commerce, retail, CRM, clienteling, events and loyalty.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, this is a highly hands-on and strategic role for a commercially minded CRM professional who is equally comfortable developing a strategy, building campaigns, analyzing customer data and working directly with store, e-commerce and IT teams.
The CRM & Lifecycle Growth Manager will own the strategy to grow and activate our first-party customer database, develop meaningful customer segments, increase engagement and retention, strengthen clienteling and build the foundations for our future loyalty program.
This is an opportunity to build a CRM and customer intelligence function within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Connect data from Shopify, Shopify POS, Klaviyo, clienteling tools and the future CDP.
- Identify customer behaviors, trends, high-value and at-risk customers.
- Turn insights into actionable recommendations for Marketing, E-commerce, Store and Commercial teams.
4. SEGMENTATION & RFM
- Own customer segmentation based on RFM, behavior, spend, affinity and lifecycle stage.
- Develop strategies to acquire, convert, retain, reactivate and grow customers.
- Use segmentation to drive CRM, clienteling, events and e-commerce initiatives.
5. CLIENTELING & STORE CRM
- Partner with Store Leadership, Sales and IT to develop the clienteling strategy.
- Support the rollout, adoption and evolution of the clienteling tool.

- Drive adoption and translate technical capabilities into business use cases.
7. LOYALTY PROGRAM - 2027
- Support the development and launch of the Printemps New York loyalty program.
- Contribute to segmentation, benefits, communications and customer journeys.
- Use loyalty insights to improve engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.
8. REPORTING & PERFORMANCE
- Own CRM and customer performance reporting and KPIs.
