• Ensure that all alterations are completed within the agreed-upon timelines and with attention to the client’s expectations.
• Keep up with the latest trends in fashion and tailoring to offer advice and recommendations to clients for their wardrobe needs.
• Work closely with the management team to meet customer expectations and maintain high levels of satisfaction
