Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks an Associate Director of Product Innovation in East Hanover, NJ. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The role leads CRM innovation, translating demand into disciplined experiments that validate business value, user experience, and technical feasibility.

You will partner with Product Owners, IT, architecture, UX, analytics, privacy, legal, and compliance to move ideas from prototype to scaled delivery within enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Proven success translating CRM opportunities into experiments and learnings.
• 6+ years in CRM, product management, or related leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of CRM, AI-enabled customer engagement, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute the CRM Labs model with ideation, shaping, prototyping, and PoC readiness.
• Lead rapid prototyping with time-boxed lifecycles and clear endpoints.
• Translate opportunities into testable concepts with value hypotheses and build plans.
• Drive evidence-based decisions and publish actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep experimentation aligned with enterprise standards.
