Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master’s degree and/or MBA preferred.
• Experience leading product management for large-scale CRM transformation.
• Deep understanding of CRM, AI, and data platforms; governance and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage and scale cross-functional product teams.
