Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM functional consultant to lead requirements, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery. The role emphasizes collaboration with onsite and offshore teams, UAT leadership, and strong knowledge of CRM integrations and data migration.

The candidate will drive discovery through production deployment in a fast-paced environment and work closely with senior stakeholders and Product Owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM functional consulting, business analysis, or CRM delivery.
• Lead requirement-gathering workshops, understand business needs, and translate them into MS Dynamics 365 CRM functional requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly Sales and Customer Service.
• Good understanding of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience working with CRM integrations, APIs, and data migration.
• Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and end-to-end software delivery.
• Ability to independently lead functional workstreams and drive requirements from discovery through production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Manage client and business stakeholders as the functional lead throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore development/testing teams to ensure delivery aligns with business expectations.
• Lead or support UAT, defect resolution, solution validation, deployment, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform across Sales and Customer Service.
