Job summary

The University of Texas at Arlington is seeking a CRM Analyst to join the user-support team for UTAs Colleges and Schools. You will configure, develop, test, and provide ongoing support for Slate CRM, including planning, setup, and optimization of CRM functions, reports and dashboards, and ensuring alignment with enrollment goals across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Slate.
• Ability to train users and document processes clearly.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and document business processes for CRM users.
• Provide development and ongoing support for Slate CRM users; collaborate to outline requirements.
• Complete projects on time and set up CRM functions per standards.
• Create reports and dashboards for planning and review of enrollment status.
