Job summary

Perry Ellis International is looking for an Email & CRM Associate Manager to own end-to-end DTC messaging via Email and SMS. You will lead lifecycle flows, audience segmentation, and automated campaigns that drive revenue and improve customer lifetime value.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to optimize performance, adhere to privacy regulations, and maintain data hygiene. The role emphasizes testing, personalization, and measurable growth.

Qualifications

4-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years in digital marketing, CRM, email marketing, and loyalty program management.
Experience with ESPs and loyalty tools; strong analytical deliverables.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and deployment of email and SMS campaigns.
Develop automated lifecycle flows and segment audiences to drive revenue.
Lead segmentation, personalization, and dynamic messaging to improve engagement.
Manage testing programs (A/B) to optimize content, timing, and design.
Track revenue, CTR, open rates, and engagement; deliver monthly CRM analyses.
Collaborate with Site Teams, Brand Marketing, and Store Ops on campaigns and launches.
Ensure compliance with privacy rules (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and data hygiene.
