Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of comparable work experience.

• Ability to produce accurate work within deadlines.
• Demonstrated knowledge of application systems design, data modeling concepts, data analysis, and system administration.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a workload with short and long-term projects and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Service Offering Manager for Slate and OnBase; coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Define technical architecture and enforce enterprise standards; manage data integrations and access controls.
• Supervise a team of Analyst Programmers and mentor staff; support professional development.
• Lead complex cross-campus projects; monitor progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
