Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a Digital Messaging Specialist to join the Digital team in Fargo, ND. You will develop, execute, and evaluate Email, SMS, and Push campaigns to drive sales and grow our CRM across merchandising channels.

You will collaborate across campus departments to optimize customer experience, build campaign calendars, and run data-driven testing to improve KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years marketing experience.
• Experience with ESP or CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Email, SMS, and Push campaign calendars aligned with merchandising priorities.
• Develop and maintain weekly dashboards to evaluate campaign performance.
• Build and deploy targeted messaging through ESP to drive CRM engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with merchandising, customer service, fulfillment, and marketing to share insights and improve campaigns.
• Coordinate acquisition strategies to grow the CRM with high-quality subscribers.
• Identify and execute data-driven A/B testing to optimize KPIs and customer experience.
