Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a CRM Developer (Microsoft D365 CE) in Chicago, IL to lead customization and integration of D365 CE with ERP and other systems. You'll design workflows, build Power Platform solutions, and deliver BI reports using Power BI to drive better business decisions.

The role requires hands-on expertise in full lifecycle CRM implementation, security management, and cloud integrations. A strong background in MS SQL and modern REST-based integrations is essential.

Qualifications

• D365 CRM experience: hands-on lead/developer for Microsoft D365 CRM/CE.
• Full lifecycle CRM implementation experience across projects.
• Power Platform expertise: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI reporting.
• Integration tools experience with Celigo, Jitterbit, Mulesoft, or Boomi is a plus.
• Database and reporting: proficiency in MS SQL and reporting/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead enhancements, automations, and new functionality in D365 CE and integrated Microsoft apps.
• Manage security roles, user permissions, workflows, and system updates.
• Build and modify model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Automate flows.

Title: CRM Developer (Microsoft D365 CE)

Location: Chicago, IL 60517 (Woodridge)

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 + Potential Bonus

Founded in the early 2000s we are a 600+ employee large format graphics, exhibit systems, display hardware & event/retail visual communications manufacturer with multiple US locations. We support a wide range of customers including exhibit houses, event production companies, retail brands, marketing agencies & trade show partners. Clients span industries such as marketing, events, retail, and corporate branding. For the CRM Developer will play a hands-on, techno-functional role in managing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. This individual will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) to design workflows, build applications, and deliver actionable business intelligence. The role requires full lifecycle CRM implementation experience and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

What You Need for This Position

• D365 CRM experience: 5+ years as an application lead & developer for Microsoft D365 CRM/CE
• Full lifecycle implementation: Demonstrated end-to-end CRM implementation experience
• Power Platform expertise: Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI reporting
• Integration tools: Experience with Celigo, Jitterbit, Mulesoft, or Boomi a plus
• Database and reporting: Proficiency in MS SQL and reporting/automation tools
