Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a CRM Developer (Microsoft D365 CE) in Chicago, IL to lead customization and integration of D365 CE with ERP and other systems. You'll design workflows, build Power Platform solutions, and deliver BI reports using Power BI to drive better business decisions.

The role requires hands-on expertise in full lifecycle CRM implementation, security management, and cloud integrations. A strong background in MS SQL and modern REST-based integrations is essential.

Qualifications

• D365 CRM experience: hands-on lead/developer for Microsoft D365 CRM/CE.
• Full lifecycle CRM implementation experience across projects.
• Power Platform expertise: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI reporting.
• Integration tools experience with Celigo, Jitterbit, Mulesoft, or Boomi is a plus.
• Database and reporting: proficiency in MS SQL and reporting/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead enhancements, automations, and new functionality in D365 CE and integrated Microsoft apps.
• Manage security roles, user permissions, workflows, and system updates.
• Build and modify model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Automate flows.
• Connect D365 CE with ERP and third-party software using REST APIs, Azure functions, and iPaaS tools.
• Design and generate reports using Power BI to support better decision-making.
