Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a highly experienced CRM Developer to take over the development of our custom-built CRM on Microsoft Access and SQL. This contract role is remote-friendly with a Los Angeles office. The goal is to maintain and eventually modernize the system with automations.

You will design, optimize databases and reports, and build data scraping tools to keep contact and market data current. Strong independence and NDA compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Strong, proven experience with Microsoft Access and SQL.
• Significant experience with database development and data scraping.
• Comfort working with a custom-built system rather than an off-the-shelf CRM.
• Ability to work independently and deliver reliable results.
• Must sign NDA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve our custom-built Access/SQL CRM.
• Design and optimize databases, queries, and reports.
• Build and manage data scraping tools to collect and update contact and market data.
• Keep our data clean, organized, and usable for the sales team.
• Help plan and build automations and upgrades as the CRM evolves.
