FPSA seeks a Manager, Data & CRM Systems to own Nimble AMS/Salesforce and related data assets. You will act as the system administrator, ensure data integrity, and translate data into actionable insights for marketing, events, and partnerships.

This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can work independently and collaborate with multiple departments. The position is onsite at FPSA headquarters in McLean, VA, with a hybrid schedule and occasional travel for conferences and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3-5 years of Salesforce/Nimble AMS or membership database administration experience.
• Experience in a trade association, nonprofit, or membership-based organization is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary Nimble AMS/Salesforce system administrator and point of contact for the platform.
• Lead expansion and optimization of Nimble AMS usage to improve efficiency.
• Oversee data integrity, hygiene, and consistency across the member database.
• Establish data standards, naming conventions, and data entry procedures; train staff.
• Manage integrations with AMS and other platforms (marketing, events, partners).
• Support audience lists, segmentation, and campaign data for marketing.
• Identify process improvements to reduce manual data entry.
• Create and distribute regular reports on membership, revenue, and retention.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports for accessible data across the team.
