Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Data Specialist (short-term) to enrich Salesforce CRM data for customers, accounts, and contacts in the construction materials sector. The role focuses on data enrichment, consolidation, and CRM completeness with no outbound sales.

You will research and connect accounts, document findings, and support sales teams with accurate data. Candidates should have 1–3+ years in relevant roles and Salesforce experience; a high school diploma is required;

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in data entry, research, CRM administration/support, sales operations, customer operations, construction administration, or related role.
• Experience researching companies, contacts, or customer records in a CRM or structured database environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, sales, construction management, or related fields is a plus.
• Salesforce CRM experience strongly preferred; navigate accounts, reports, and related records is a plus.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, web research, and comfort across multiple systems.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to summarize research findings clearly for a sales audience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when entering, cleaning, validating, and connecting customer data.
• Understanding of construction-related relationships and project-based sales cycles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research companies, accounts, contacts, job roles, location, and relationships to strengthen customer records in Salesforce.
• Investigate missing, incomplete, duplicate, or inconsistent customer information using Salesforce data and other sources.
• Connect related accounts and contacts to help sales understand the full customer picture.
• Document findings clearly so sales reps can quickly determine who the customer is.
• Update customer, account, and contact information in Salesforce and support CRM completeness.
