Job summary

On-Board Services, Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Data Specialist to support building a complete, accurate view of customers, accounts, and contacts within the construction materials and building products industry.

The role focuses on data enrichment, consolidation, research, and CRM completeness with no outbound sales; ideal candidates are highly detail-oriented, curious, and able to piece together complex relationship data for sales teams.

Qualifications

1–3+ years in data entry, research, CRM operations, or related fields.
Experience researching companies, contacts, or business relationships within a CRM.
High school diploma or GED required; additional education in business or construction management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Research companies, accounts, contacts, job roles, locations, and business relationships to strengthen customer records in Salesforce.
Update and maintain customer, account, and contact information within Salesforce; review ownership and notes for data quality issues.
Improve CRM completeness by filling gaps in company information, locations, customer types, contact roles, and account relationships.
Identify and flag duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records and unclear ownership requiring follow-up.
