Job summary

The Royal British Legion is seeking a Data Services Administrator to ensure data moves accurately into our HALO CRM and support incident management across the organisation.

You will be the first point of contact for CRM users, promote best-practice data handling, and work with multiple teams to coordinate data loads, check quality, and monitor key performance indicators, with a strong focus on Excel-driven data processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with data handling and CRM systems.
• Ability to manipulate data in Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduled data loads into HALO CRM.
• Triage CRM support requests and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Support testing and data integration for new suppliers.
• Promote best-practice data handling and reporting.
