Job summary

The Royal British Legion is seeking an 18-month fixed-term Data Steward to manage and safeguard supporter data. You will perform data routines, imports/exports, quality checks and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and secure data flows across systems.

You will work with CRM platforms and tools, communicating findings clearly to non-data colleagues while supporting system changes, testing and upgrades. A hands-on, detail-oriented data professional is required.

Qualifications

• Solid database experience in a multi-user environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and data processing tools.
• Ability to investigate issues, document findings and drive resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data routines, imports/exports, and quality checks.
• Conduct reconciliations and root cause analyses to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT, fundraising, finance and external suppliers to improve data workflows.
