Job summary

Keyloop is seeking a Data Quality Specialist to join the Data & Analytics team in the Global Sales Operations function. You will cleanse, de-duplicate and enrich CRM data to enable sales efficiency, acting as a SME on data initiatives and supporting cross-functional stakeholders.

The role focuses on improving data processes, automating workflows, and delivering high-quality data to empower informed business decisions across regions and teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with data qualification and processing.
• 2+ years experience with Salesforce Lightning CRM.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the data health of our CRM and support data-driven decisions.
• Review, de-duplicate and improve our account-base and datasets.
• Qualify data and feed sales with actionable accounts to drive growth.
• Support and consult cross-functional teams on data topics.
• Develop and implement data-related policies and procedures.
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular data quality checks and audits.
• Act as SME on key data initiatives and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance data and analytics.
