Job summary

Plum AI is seeking a technically adept RevOps CRM specialist to own client CRM data end-to-end, from discovery to delivery. You will profile CRM data, map it into our warehouse, and translate insights into actionable segments for campaigns, while partnering with data engineering and science teams to ensure scalable ingestion and reliable outputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps, marketing ops, GTM engineering, solutions consulting, sales engineering or CRM consulting with direct ownership
• Direct experience owning client relationships and leading client-facing engagements
• Ability to run discovery sessions with stakeholders and extract actionable information
• Comfort presenting findings and recommendations to client stakeholders
• Deep, hands-on experience with at least two major CRMs (Salesforce and HubSpot preferred)
• Proven bulk data operations at volume: loads, upserts, merges, dedupes
• Data quality experience: profiling, deduplication, standardization, enrichment, identity resolution
• SQL proficiency and strong spreadsheet skills
• Experience producing source-to-target mapping documentation for an engineering audience
• Clear written communication

Responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions with client teams to understand CRM usage and act as technical lead
• Document CRM structure: objects, fields, relationships, automations and integrations
• Profile CRM records for completeness, deduplication, staleness, formatting, invalid values and relationships
• Recommend fixes and approaches, and communicate with clients on sources and exclusions
• Translate data into actionable segments with campaign teams
• Build source-to-target field mappings and define transformation logic and data types
• Collaborate with data engineering and science teams during ingestion build and validation
• Load records into client CRMs and extract data at scale using native tools and APIs
