Job summary

The Lemoine Company, LLC in Louisiana is seeking a CRM Business Analyst to ensure data quality, oversee reporting, and drive continuous CRM improvement across the organization.

You will collaborate with business development, operations, IT, and BI teams to maintain dashboards, validate opportunities, and advance data standards, with a focus on usable insights and stronger pipeline visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analyst experience or CRM database / application support responsibilities.
• 3+ years of experience in CRM platforms.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis roles.
• Experience with RFP processes is preferred.
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is preferred but not required.
• Experience managing CRM enhancements and user adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain CRM functionality.
• Maintain CRM data integrity through clear data standards and regular data quality reviews.
• Collaborate on processes that ensure accurate, complete, and reliable customer, contact, opportunity, and pursuit data.
• Conduct routine data checks to identify missing fields, outdated records, duplicates, inactive opportunities, and inconsistencies.
• Work with business development and operations teams to resolve data quality issues and reinforce consistent CRM usage.
• Coordinate workflows between the CRM platform and other systems, including ERP, Power BI, AI tools, and reporting tools.
