Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles is seeking a Database Manager within the Business Intelligence Group to oversee Blackbaud CRM (DRIVE), ensure data quality, and guide end-user training across the organization. You will partner with BI and IT to support fundraising and engagement efforts and drive data-driven decision making.

The role leads two staff, develops SOPs and training materials, and collaborates on CRM upgrades and integrations to streamline reporting and improve data

Qualifications

• Experience with constituent relationship management in a nonprofit setting.
• Experience supervising a small team and training staff.
• Strong data governance, data quality, and data entry procedures.
• Ability to document processes and create training materials.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data hygiene by implementing SOPs for CRM data entry and exports.
• Identify data outside CRM and plan conversion or imports with stakeholders.
• Serve as subject matter expert for CRM data structures and usage.
• Determine coding for campaigns in collaboration with Campaign and Accounting teams.
• Participate in decisions impacting data quality and structure; test upgrades.
