Job summary

The Jewish Museum in New York seeks a Database Manager to lead the Museum's database, data and development operations, serving as the primary CRM and data resource for Development and across the institution. You will ensure that technology, data, processes and reporting are accurate, integrated, scalable and aligned with organizational needs.

• Demonstrated expertise administering Salesforce and nonprofit cloud solutions.
• Experience implementing data governance and data quality initiatives.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate organizational needs into scalable data systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing development of Salesforce and related data systems.
• Establish data governance standards and ensure data integrity, security, and compliant use.
• Oversee gift/membership processing, data maintenance, reporting, and data requests across departments.
• Develop dashboards, reports, lists, and tools for Development leadership and institutional stakeholders.
• Coordinate data systems transformation projects and manage vendor relationships.
