Qualifications

• Ability to write reports and communicate clearly.
• Experience with data analysis and CRM data management.
• Background checks and drug test compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, hierarchy, and agent data.
• Analyze monthly and weekly reports to identify data discrepancies.
• Identify trends within regions/markets using data.
• Improve data integrity through root cause analysis and recommendations.
• Generate reports from the CRM and gather data via Excel, carrier portals, and Monday.com.
• Ensure data accuracy provided to agents, internal staff, and carrier partners.
• Share best practices and improvement opportunities with leadership.
