Job summary

Porsche Latin America, Inc. is seeking a CRM Intern with a strong interest in data analytics and data mining to analyze customer data and generate insights across LATAM.

You will support dashboards, data validation, and campaign analysis while collaborating with CRM, Marketing, and Aftersales teams. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; strong Excel skills and familiarity with SQL, Python, or R are a

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/BS or MSc in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish and/or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM data from multiple sources (e.g., C@P, dealership databases, campaign tools).
• Conduct data mining and segmentation to uncover customer behavior patterns, preferences, and trends.
• Support the development of dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Clean, structure, and validate large datasets to ensure quality and consistency.
• Assist in evaluating campaign performance and customer lifecycle touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the CRM, Marketing, and Aftersales teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support the rollout and analysis of customer experience surveys across LATAM markets.
