Job summary

Porsche Financial Services, Inc. invites an intern for the Digital Transformation and Data Intelligence team.

You will support key projects across the department and company, understand existing processes, and explore new technologies and digital tools to enhance internal service levels within PFS. You will design slides, author operating instructions, support stakeholders, and collaborate with partners across Porsche ecosystem.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Active/current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program preferred.
• Experience in developing presentations.
• Basic understanding of business process mapping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand project concepts, objectives, and approach.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and meetings; be a single point of contact.
• Communicate progress to management and cross‑department stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to leverage information and technology to improve processes and products.
• Support AI, data strategy, UX, and process automation initiatives.
