Job summary

Porsche Cars North America is seeking a student analyst intern in Miami to help analyze CRM data from multiple sources, perform data mining and segmentation, and support dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

You'll collaborate with the CRM, Marketing, and Aftersales teams to drive data-driven decisions, clean and validate large datasets, and assist in evaluating campaign performance and customer lifecycle touchpoints, including LATAM surveys.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish and/or French is a plus.
  • Interest in the automotive industry and Porsche brand is a strong advantage.

The hourly range for this role is $18/hr-$20/hr.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
  • This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud.
