Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Cardiac Rhythm Management Clinical Specialist to support the Las Vegas territory. You will provide technical support for CRM devices, assist with implants, and coordinate operational logistics while educating clinicians and staff on CRM solutions.

Travel is extensive, approximately 80% within the territory, with weekend/holiday coverage as needed. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 6+ years healthcare/field sales or related experience.
• Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies via system checks and interrogations.
• Coordinate operational support including patient documentation, inventory, and logistics.
• Educate physicians and staff on CRM products and solutions; onboard new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
