Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, field sales, or related technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies by performing system checks and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate operational support with accurate patient documentation, inventory, and scheduling.
• Educate physicians and staff on CRM products and onboard new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
• Travel within the territory to clinics and hospitals, up to about 80% of the time.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on CRM products and solutions to support customers and clinical outcomes.
