Responsibilities

• Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to help the district meet CRM sales and customer service objectives.
• Represent CRM products through training, demonstrations, and field support.
• Coordinate with Sales Reps and DSM to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
• Complete CRM field training and perform device checks and post-sign-off activities.
• Travel within the assigned territory and participate in weeknights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
