Responsibilities

Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies, performing system checks and troubleshooting.
Coordinate operational support, manage documentation, inventory, and daily coverage logistics.
Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field teams on CRM products and solutions.
Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
Identify customer opportunities, support orders, monitor trends, and provide feedback to drive sales objectives.
Maintain technical expertise on CRM products and therapies.
Travel extensively within territory (about 80%), supporting clinics and meetings.
Perform physical requirements including lifting up to 40 lbs and long periods of computer work.
