Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Cardiac Rhythm Management Clinical Specialist to support the Las Vegas territory, requiring regular travel and availability for after-hours coverage. The role emphasizes technical expertise, clinical collaboration, and patient-focused CRM solutions.

The position supports CRMs with pacing, defibrillation, and remote monitoring, requiring a strong background in healthcare and medical terminology. A valid license and driving record are prerequisites for this field-based role.

Qualifications

CRM field knowledge and healthcare product familiarity.
Willingness to travel within territory on a regular basis.
Experience supporting implantable device therapies and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies, perform system checks/interrogations, support implants, troubleshoot issues.
Coordinate operational support: patient documentation, inventory, equipment resources, and scheduling.
Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field teams on CRM products and solutions; assist onboarding of new staff.
